Please fill out this order form, I will respond with payment instructions. There are very limited amounts of some tubers. I cannot promise if you order a tuber that it will be available. If you order a tuber and it does not store well you will be refunded.

Tubers will be sent out or be available for pick up late August. You will receive an email when they have been shipped.

Postage is $12 to a town address and $15 to a rural address
